SPECIAL MONOFILAMENTS

PA 12 MONOFILAMENT (Polyamide 12)

The main application of this monofilament is the liquids' filtration, because among its properties, there is an excel¬lent resistance to chemical agents, a low humidity absorption, and a high abrasion resistance.

Density: 1.01 g/cc
Melting Temperature: 179°C

PBT MONOFILAMENT — PBT V0

A monofilament which allows the production of technical fabrics, having as main characteristics, an excellent abrasion resistance and a perfect dimensionai stability. Another characteristic is the very low humidity absorption and the good chemical agents' resistance. The product is also available in the V0 type (REF. UL 94)

Density: 1.32 g/cc
Melting Temperature: 225°C

PPS MONOFILAMENT

A product which allows the production of fabrics with a high technical value thanks to its characteristics. We are listing its main physical characteristics:
• Excellent chemical resistance to solvents (not soluble in ali the solvents under 200°C);
• Low water absorption:
• Resistant to Uv ray:
• Hydrolisis Resistant.

Density: 1.35 g/cc
Melting Temperature: 280°C.
Self-extinguishaability (REF UL 94) V0

PVDF MONOFILAMENT

Suitable for the weaving of fabrics for filtration or where a mechanical resistance against different temperatures values is required. It differs from other materials for its chemical inertia against almost ali acids. It should be noted that it has an excellent abrasion resistance and UV ray resistance.
